All custom designed and made to order outfits cannot be returned or exchanged as they are considered final sale. If there are any issues with your purchase, please send us the details and photos of your concerns to our email within 48 hours upon receipt of the order.

On sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

All other items are eligible for return within a 72-hour window of receiving your delivery. Your package should be postmarked within 10 days of receipt. The item must be unworn, unused, complete with tags attached, and kept in its original packaging. Please provide the order number and reason for the return of the items. The refund shall be sent to you via email as store credit once we have processed your concerns.

All items purchased using previous store credit are final sale.

All shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the client.

We reserve the right to reject any items which do not follow these guidelines.
