We offer pieces made from India and Pakistan.
How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
Most custom items ship within 8-12 weeks, but please check the product page for delivery estimates. For custom bridal, we recommend ordering at least 6-9 months in advance. For ready to ship pieces, they are shipped within 1-2 Weeks from Houston, Texas.
What are your shipping fees?
Shipping is free within the USA. Canada and International shipping varies per location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship in the mainland US and Canada .
Do you take returns and exchanges?
Custom made products are not eligible for return or exchange, but our Ready to Ship products are eligible for store credit. Please read our Return & Exchange policy

Can I cancel my order?
We allow 24 hours to cancel your order. To process the cancellation of your order, please email email@example.com
What if I am unsure about my size?
We recommend ordering a larger size to allow for alterations. We also leave a 1-2 inch margin outside of the given measurements to allow for alterations.
Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?
While we try our best to display colors as accurately as possible, the color may appear slightly different in person.
