Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship in the mainland US and Canada.
What are your shipping fees?
Shipping is free within the USA. Shipping to Canada varies per location and are calculated at checkout.
How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
Most custom items ship within 8-12 weeks, but please check the product page for delivery estimates. For custom bridal, we recommend ordering at least 6-9 months in advance. For ready to ship pieces, they are shipped within 1-2 weeks from Houston, Texas.
Do you take returns and exchanges?
Custom made products are not eligible for return or exchange, but our Ready to Ship products are eligible for store credit. Please read our Return & Exchange policy for more details.
Can I cancel my order?
We allow 24 hours to cancel your order. To process the cancellation of your order, please email info@panachebysharmeen.com.
What if I am unsure about my size?
We recommend referring our size chart to make the best decision about your purchase. We also leave a 1-2 inch margin outside of the given measurements to allow for alterations. Email us at info@panachebysharmeen.com for custom sizing.

I am a bride, do I need an appointment?
Yes. So that we can give each bride our undivided attention, all bridal sessions are by appointment only, and cannot accommodate walk-ins. Please make an appointment here.
When should I order my bridal outfit(s)?
We encourage brides to reach out to us a year in advance. It takes us 6 to 9 months to create your outfits and brides are involved in every step of the process, from sketches to swatches to the final product.
Do you charge a fee for appointments?
No, all appointments are free of cost.
Do you do bridal fittings in your shop?
We do not tailor in our stores. We prefer that you visit one of our recommended tailors for the best results.
How does COVID-19 affect my in-store experience?
We require all guests and staff to wear masks and maintain social distancing. Our staff is trained to assist you while following rigorous health and safety measures. We clean and sanitize all dresses, surfaces, and fitting rooms before and after each appointment.
